Aldaco’s documentary, Benito Rabal’s documentary and Enrique Gran’s masterly intervention in Víctor Erice’s iconic film ‘El sol del membrillo’, we highlight the lecture on Gran given by the painter Antonio López at the Santander Athenaeum as part of the ‘Gran Year’ programme, from which we have selected this extract, which is not wasted due to the accurate analysis by the master López on the importance and excellence of Enrique Gran’s pictorial career.
