On the occasion of the presentation in Santander of the documentary on Gran “En los brazos de la luz”, the Enrique Gran Foundation presented “El pincel de Gran” at the same event for the first time, an award it grants in recognition of excellence in disseminating the legacy of Enrique Gran. The prize, a numbered and unique piece, consists of a brush from the artist himself with which he produced some of his most representative works, a work of art in itself. “Gran’s brush” was awarded to baritone David Rubiera (who gives Gran a voice in “En los brazos de la luz”), Marcos F. Aldaco (director of the documentary) and Hugo Selles (composer of the soundtrack for the documentary).
